I discovered these videos on youtube a while ago. This four part set is a great introduction to kegging. I thought they were very helpful and very well done. They were created by Chris Knight. I’m very impressed by the production quality of these videos.

For primary fermentation, should you use a plastic or glass fermenter? I’ve been using glass (7 gallon), but my recent batch was started in plastic. It isn’t done yet, so I can’t comment on the flavor. One thing for sure - it sure is a lot easier to clean the plastic!
