I love beer - good beer, that is. Most of the beer that the average American drinks is only suitable for killing slugs, in my humble opinion. I’m lucky enough to live in the microbrew capital of the world - Oregon. I’ve been brewing my own beer for about 9 months and I love it. I’m certainly not an expert, but I’d like to share what I can.
